With over 20 years of experience in the US Air Force and private sector, Trent Atwood brings a knowledge base and perspective well suited for aerospace and defense manufacturing. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Trent became a pilot in the US Air Force in 2011. His pilot career took him around the world with hundreds of combat sorties flown in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria. In 2019 Trent was stationed at the Pentagon (where his portrait still hangs) in Washington DC to oversee the Tanker program, a $750M budget item with nuclear planning considerations.

Trent holds a Master’s in Business – Entrepreneurship, from Oklahoma State Spears School of Business. His experience in business development has focused on government contracts to include SBIR and STTR opportunities. He maintains connections with both the operational and procurement side of government acquisitions and has deep familiarity with their needs and procedures.

Simultaneously, Trent Atwood has been a licensed real estate agent for over 10 years. Trent has built a track record of identifying underperforming properties, executing strategic renovations, and generating 8x and 16x CoC returns in his two property ventures. Trent has managed SFR, multifamily, and vacation rentals utilizing processes that allow for higher tenant retention, increase in rents and better exit values at sale.

His background spans government contracts, aviation, operations, investment and analytics providing him with a foundation with which to operate and manage business ventures.
