In 2018, Trent identified an underutilized neighborhood near Joshua Tree National Park, largely overlooked by the growing vacation rental market. He initiated a direct mail campaign to property owners and successfully secured a 7.5-acre parcel featuring a neglected 640-square-foot cabin.

Through a targeted capital raise, the asset was fully renovated and converted into a high-occupancy, high-revenue short-term rental. After a Seven-year hold, the property was sold delivering a 16x cash-on-cash return to investors.
